Are you interested in working with me?

I currently meet all clients online via Zoom. I only work with people over 16 in the UK (due to insurance limitations).

I work as a counsellor and as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. You can find out more about my approach on my about page and services page.

Session length: 60 mins via a Zoom video call
Frequency of sessions: I offer regular weekly appointments. I can sometimes offer fortnightly appointments
Number of sessions: I normally contract for six sessions at first but there is no commitment, or limit
Location: I work online, but please note that I only take on clients who are based in the UK
Rates: £60 (GBP) per 60-minute session.

PLEASE NOTE: I’m afraid I am not taking on any new clients at present. Please contact me again in 2-3 months to see if I have any availability then.
